Rose picked as first choice by Chicago Bulls

The University of Memphis point guard Derrick Rose is the first pick by the Chicago Bulls in the 2008 NBA draft. The Chicago Bulls are very happy to have signed him as the first pick and have appreciated this rookie for all his showings in the NCAA basketball championships this season. The Bulls head of basketball operations John Paxson said that Rose will bring in more agility and strength to the team and he hopes that Rose’s inclusion will bring in the much needed boost to his side. The Bulls fans are also raring to see how Derrick Rose will perform with the Bull team and will be booking tickets well in advance for the 2008 NBA season.
