We always talk about the very successful teams, but for once, let’s talk about the worst team in the NBA, the newbie Oklahoma City Thunder. In fact, there’s talk that they are on track to tie the worst season record of all time. Their end-of-year record at that point would be 9-73.  This, however, according to ESPN, is unlikely. They have a lot of young players, including rookies and second-year players, who tend to improve throughout the year. They also have veteran players who have underperformed themselves by quite a bit so far this year. So it’s likely that they’ll improve quite a bit, but not enough to put them in the playoffs this year.
